This treat is goat trachea (or windpipe).  It is made of rings of tough cartilage, so it is a crunchy treat.  Goat trachea is packed with glucosamine and chondroitin, which are natural compounds that ease inflammation and support joint health, mobility, connective tissue and cartilage repair.  They are a high-quality, single-source protein that is easy to digest.  It is a great boneless treat.  Expect a small amount of fat on the outside, so it is great for lean dogs and can help them build body mass.  Suitable for all dogs of all ages.  You can expect a little mess when eaten, so better served outside.
