Shipping policy

OVERVIEW 

Delivery rates are as follows:

      Major Cities

          Free Delivery for orders totaling $69 and over.

      Remote Areas 

          Half price shipping with selected couriers for orders totaling $69 and over.
          Free shipping for orders totaling $169 and over.   

       International Shipping

Covered by the customer at the same rate it costs us.

NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the items bought are allowed in their jurisdiction.  Any loses incurred due to border checks etc. are the responsibility of the customer.

Any shipping costs are calculated at check out.

The timely dispatch of online orders is very important to us and we have made it our highest priority.  You can read about the shipping experience of our past customers on Google Reviews.

We require a phone number for the delivery address so that the couriers can call if they are having issues finding an address.  Our customer's privacy is very important to us and your phone number will not be used for any purposes other than that listed above unless you have given us permission to do so.

MONDAY TO FRIDAY

If you order before 10:00pm Monday to Friday we will have it packed on the same day.

Australia Post delivered orders will be dropped off at the post office before 5pm that day.

Courier delivered orders will be booked for the next business day pickup.

WEEKENDS

All orders placed on weekends will be packed and dispatched the next business day.

TRACKING

Every parcel we dispatch has an associated tracking number.  Once your order has been packed, the tracking number will be sent to you automatically.  If you do not receive the tracking number, please check that the email address entered on our website in your account is correct.
