A decision we made when we embarked on this journey was to treat our customers the same way we would like to be treated.  
We have identified the steps we need to take to ensure that everyone who shops with us has an exceptional experience.
1.  Develop an online shopping experience that is easy to navigate and use.
2.  Only sell products that we have in stock, so there are no delays in shipping.
3.  Ship orders as fast as humanly possible.
4.  Reply to all forms of communication as soon as possible.

Our customers are part of our community, and we are grateful that they have put their trust in us to provide them with the food and treats they wish to give to their beloved pets.  This is not something we take lightly.
